Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit original contributions related to predictive maintenance, prognostics and health management, data-driven maintenance, and Maintenance 4.0 applications.

To be considered for review, the initial submission must contain a full paper in English. Authors should carefully follow the conference formatting instructions and submit their manuscripts through the official online platform only. papers submitted by any other means will be disregarded.

Submission Guidelines

Language
Papers must be submitted in English.
Length
The initial submission should be a full paper (not an abstract) with a maximum length of 6 pages.
Formatting
Manuscripts must strictly follow the provided conference template.
File Format
Papers must be submitted in PDF format. Authors are also encouraged to upload a Word version as a supplementary file during the submission process.
Conference Topics
Your paper's subject must fall under at least one of the conference topics.
Originality
Submitted papers must present original work that has not been previously published and is not under review elsewhere.
Authors Information
During the submission process, authors must ensure that all co-authors are properly listed in the submission system and that their affiliations are accurately provided, consistent with the author information presented in the corresponding section of the manuscript.
Revision After Acceptance
Authors of accepted papers may be asked to conduct minor revisions of their manuscripts to meet publication standards before final inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Review and Publication

 
All papers will be evaluated according to the conference review process.
 
Accepted papers by registered authors will be published online in the conference proceedings.
 
A selection of the best papers may have the opportunity to be published in partner journals.

Submission Process

Submit your manuscript through the official conference platform.
Step 3
Revise your paper if requested after acceptance notification.
Step 4
Complete registration to ensure inclusion in the proceedings.

Official Submission Platform

To submit your paper, you must first create an account on the submission system. If you already possess an account from a prior conference hosted on Sciencesconf.org, kindly use it for direct login by clicking on the connect button located on the top right corner. If not, please sign up by selecting "Create account" from the login menu. Upon signing up, a confirmation email will be dispatched to confirm the creation of your account.

Once logged in to the platform, click on the red "Submit your paper" button below and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your conference paper submission process.

Once finished, a submission receipt will be emailed to you. Your paper status will be visible in the "My submissions" screen, which you can access from your personal "My space" menu on the top right corner.

While your paper is under review, its status may change multiple times as it undergoes various checks. You will be notified of the final decision within the specified deadline.
